After a Delhi consumer court ordered ICICI Bank to pay Rs 55 lakh for snatching away a defaulter's car and thrashing its occupant, the bank says it has not yet decided if it will appeal against the verdict. Speaking to NDTV, the bank maintained that despite its terrible track record, its recovery agents should not be branded as "goons".
