The chairman and founder of Infosys N R Narayana Murthy knows the best way to set an example is to practice what you preach. A day after the 25th Annual General Meeting where he declared it was time to move on, industry watchers say that Narayana Murthy is only implementing the Infosys retirement policy of asking executives in management positions to step down at the age of 60.
