Anil Singhvi is busy arranging funds for Gujarat Ambuja's mega expansion and on the anvil are plans to raise Rs 1,500 crore. That would be done by selling Gujarat Ambuja's 33 per cent in Ambuja Cement India, the special purpose vehicle that it created with its parent Swiss building materials giant Holcim.
