Drug policy might remove price controls on certain drugs

GSK's acidity pill Zantac, Pfizer's bcomplex vitamin, Becosule, Cipla's Asthalin and Aventis's Avil are all widely used medicines which cost less than three rupees a tablet. It is likely that the new drug policy might remove these drugs from price controls.
