The disappearance of the chopper on which Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Dorjee Khandu took off from Tawang on Saturday morning has brought back memories of another search, for another Chief Minister. On September 2, 2009, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YSR Reddy's chopper went off the radar of the Air Traffic Control within less than an hour of take-off. In that case, it was tragic news that came at the end of 24 hours. The question is, have we not learnt any lessons?
