Year Ender 2025: Gold and Silver posted unexpected Gains Amid Global Uncertainties
The year 2025 was a shining year for precious metals like gold and silver with both commodities witnessing significant price appreciation. In the beginning of the year, Gold prices were at around 71500 rupees per 10 gm which soared to Rupees 1 lakh 39 thousand per 10 gm on the last Monday of 2025, registering an increase of almost 80 percent. In the same period, silver witnessed a significant appreciation of over 150 percent & crossed Rupees 2 lakh 32 thousand per Kg from Rupees 90,500 per Kg at the beginning of the year.
