"Won't Back Down": Taiwan President On China's Security Threats

Amid China's security threats, Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen today said that the country will not back down and will firmly uphold its national sovereignty. "Facing deliberatively heightened military threats, Taiwan will not break down, we will firmly uphold our national sovereignty and will continue to hold the line of defence for democracy," she said.
