"We benefit from Indians who live abroad also, and we are very proud of Indians contributing to the well-being of the world. Students who study in Indian campuses, they live closer to their families. When students go abroad the traveling cost is high," said M Jagadesh Kumar, chairperson of the University Grants Commission.
