West Bengal Minister Dilip Ghosh participated in the U.S. Consulate's 'Joy & Freedom Ride' in Kolkata. The motorcycle rally was organised to mark 250 years of America and celebrate the growing India–U.S. security partnership. The event was attended by U.S. Consulate officials, including Kathy Giles-Diaz, along with riders and participants from across the city.
