We're empowered if the Opposition unites on Lokpal: Kiran Bedi

Anna Hazare's token symbolic fast at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, has once again sparked off a furious debate on the Lokpal Bill and who should it include under its ambit. Team Anna member Kiran Bedi said she believes the current Lokpal Bill draft should also include the CBI, the Prime Minister, and lower bureaucracy. Reacting to this, Opposition politicians were divided in their responses. While some welcomed Team Anna's stance, others said the issue needed to be debated further and conducted in Parliament.
