Watch: 2 Men Stuck Over Swollen River In Maharashtra, Rescued By Disaster Force

In a dramatic rescue act, two linesmen, stuck mid-air for more than an hour over a swollen river in Palghar district of Maharashtra, were rescued by the National Disaster Response Force. At least 138 people have died in rain-related incidents, including multiple landslides, in the state. Several districts - primarily the Konkan region - have been receiving incessant rain over the past few days.
