Visa fee hike: India not singled out, says US Commerce Secretary

US Commerce Secretary Gary Locke says the US will focus at revising export controls to facilitate flow of tech goods. He confessed that the visa fee hike had a disproportionate impact on tech workers from India but it was not targetted at India.
