Vikrant Bhise Is NDTV Masterstroke Emerging Artist of the Year
The NDTV Masterstroke Emerging Artist of the Year Award is presented to Vikrant Bhise, a powerful new voice in Indian art. Drawing from his Ambedkarite roots and lived experience in Mumbai’s chawls, Bhise creates works that confront caste, labour and justice with urgency and emotion.
