TVK chief and Legislature Party leader Vijay took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu at a ceremony held at Chennai’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administered the oath of office and secrecy in the presence of political leaders, including Rahul Gandhi. Several ministers in the Vijay-led cabinet also took oath during the event attended by large numbers of TVK supporters.
