Vijay News | CPI(M) Reveals Reason For Supporting Vijay's TVK To Form Government In Tamil Nadu
CPI(M) leader K. Balakrishnan has explained why the party decided to support Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam in forming the government in Tamil Nadu. Balakrishnan said TVK emerged as the single-largest party and the people’s mandate must be respected. He added that CPI(M) wanted to avoid President’s Rule or Governor’s Rule in the state. The Left party clarified it would support the government from outside and not join the ministry, stressing that a popular government should be formed.
