India's envoy to Uzbekistan Manish Prabhat has said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to attend the Shanghai Cooperative Organisation (SCO) Summit is significant as India is the incoming chair of the grouping. "India is the incoming Chair of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). India will work to contribute for positive expansion of the SCO. Prime Minister Narendra Modi despite his busy schedule is going to the SCO Summit. It is a big message," Mr Prabhat told NDTV. He said some bilaterals are going to be held but did not give details.
