Varanasi bomb blast: UP govt hits back at Chidambaram

A day after the Varanasi bomb blast that killed one and injured 25, the blame game has begun. In a press conference the state Cabinet Secretary Shashank Shekhar said that the Government cannot pass the blame on the state and wash off its hands.
