Highway Body Chief Explains What Led To Uttarakhand Tunnel Collapse
The director and CFO of National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (NHIDCL), Anshu Manish Khalkho, says that several checks were done before pursuing the Uttarakhand tunnel project. He said despite safety measures being in place, such incidents happen due to the fragile nature of the Himalayas.
