US Judge Temporarily Blocks Trump From Cutting NY Federal Funds Over Congestion Pricing
A US judge on May 27 issued an order temporarily barring the US Transportation Dept from withholding federal funding from New York. This comes as the Trump admin sought to kill Manhattan’s congestion pricing program, New York officials said. The ruling came a day before the government planned to withhold NY project approvals, after a warning from Secretary Duffy.
