The human cost of the conflict is rising sharply, with the overall death toll now crossing 2,300 and more than 18,000 people reported injured across the region. Iran alone accounts for over 1,400 deaths and 18,000 injuries, while Lebanon has reported over 900 fatalities. Israel continues to see mounting casualties, and the impact is now spreading beyond core battle zones, with Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain also reporting losses. Even US forces have suffered casualties, signalling deeper involvement.
