In a breather of sorts for Narendra Modi in the Gujarat riots case, the Supreme Court today directed the trial court to examine the report of the Special Investigating Team to decide on whether Mr Modi should be probed. Zakia Jafri, wife of former Congress MP Ehsaan Jafri, who was killed by a rioting mob that attacked Ahmedabad's Gulbarg Society on February 28, 2002, said she is very upset with the judgement.
