UPPSC's novel solution to reservation tussle

At a time when anti-reservation rage is rocking the country, the Planning Commission has recommended that the identity of SC, ST and OBC candidates appearing for Public Service Commission exams be kept a secret to neutralise caste-discrimination. At the moment distinct roll numbers are given to such candidates. The plan is that these will be replaced by a Serial Number common to all. A similar model has already been implemented in Uttar Pradesh successfully.
