Despite the dense fog and cold wave conditions, Noida voters have stepped out of their homes to cast their votes today. "In Noida, we are celebrating polling like a festival. There are balloons, live music, cards. We want people to come out and vote," Gautam Buddh Nagar District Magistrate Suhas LY tells NDTV.
