A sculptor, Ishwar Deen, had modified a car to look like a helicopter with two months of hard work and spending more thanRs 2.5 lakh. However, Ishwar, who was enroute a workshop to get his unique car painted, was caught by a traffic cop. The police imposed a fine of Rs 2,000. While he paid the fine, he was also ordered to separate the rotor blades from the car by the police. Disappointed by the police's action, Ishwar told ANI that he designed the car for marriage ceremonies and events and not for usual commute.
