In Uttar Pradesh's "Fever Deaths", Most Casualties Children
The death of 53 people, including 45 children, over the past 10 days in a suspected dengue outbreak in Firozabad has prompted the Uttar Pradesh government to set up an inquiry. The Firozabad DM has said a team of the WHO has confirmed that the disease affecting children in the western UP district is DHF or Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever which is a severe form of Dengue.
