UP CM Backs Agniveer Scheme, Slams Opposition for Spreading Misinformation

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has come out in strong support of the Agniveer Scheme, a recent reform in the armed forces aimed at modernizing and strengthening the military. Addressing the opposition's criticism of the scheme, Adityanath accused them of spreading misinformation and trying to politicize the issue for their own gain. He emphasized that the scheme is essential for national security and will bring ultra-modernization to the armed forces. Adityanath praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership in implementing various reforms over the past 10 years, including the Agniveer Scheme, which he believes will establish India as a global powerhouse. He also highlighted the enthusiasm among youth to join the armed forces under the Agnipath scheme, with 10 lakh Agniveers already stepping forward to serve the nation.
