Typhoon Kalmaegi moved away from the Philippines before dawn Thursday after leaving 114 dead, at least 127 missing and affecting over 1.95 million people, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).The humanitarian impact has been enormous, with more than 560,000 displaced individuals having taken shelter in evacuation centers.
