TVK-Congress Rift Over 'PM Vijay' Pitch, Congress Backs Rahul Gandhi For 2029
A fresh rift has emerged between the Congress and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) over the Opposition's 2029 Prime Ministerial face. Congress minister S. Rajesh Kumar has backed Rahul Gandhi for the top post and warned that the party's ministers could quit the Tamil Nadu government if TVK continues projecting Vijay as its PM choice.
