US President Donald Trump made several major announcements on Tuesday while addressing reporters at the White House. Trump alleged that the BRICS group of nations, which includes Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, along with newer members such as Iran and Indonesia, was formed to "hurt" the United States and "degenerate" the dollar. He warned that the US would impose an additional 10 per cent tariff on their exports.
