Trump, Japan’s PM Takaichi Vow to Strengthen Historic US-Japan Alliance
At a joint event in Yokosuka, U.S. President Donald Trump and Japan’s new Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the U.S.-Japan alliance. Trump praised Takaichi as “a winner” and called the bond between the two nations one of the most remarkable in the world. Takaichi vowed to deepen the partnership, calling it the greatest alliance on Earth.
