"Trinamool Anarchist, Bengal Wants Change": BJP Chief Nitin Nabin To NDTV

BJP President Nitin Nabin dismisses Trinamool Congress allegations of an "artificial wave" and claims of Election Commission bias, calling them signs of frustration. He accuses the TMC of fostering an "anarchic environment" in West Bengal, alleging misuse of local clubs for extortion and lack of governance. Defending the heavy deployment of central forces, Nabin says it is necessary to ensure free and fair elections, arguing that increased security has reduced violence and enabled peaceful voting. He maintains that the Election Commission's actions are aimed at protecting voters, not favouring any party.
