Thousands Of Homes Damaged In Kerala's Pathanamthitta

Pathanamthitta is one of Kerala's worst hit districts in the floods. Thousands of houses in the district were flooded by the rising water levels from river Pamba. Several of the district's residents continue to stay in relief camps as houses have been destroyed. Tushar Kanti Das of Plan India said that condition of the villages in the district was severe.
