In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao has criticised the way in which Indians students have been treated by American authorities at the Tri-Valley University in the US. Earlier, an American diplomat had said that the radio tags placed on the ankles of the Indian students were ‘hip and happening’ - a remark that has not gone down well with New Delhi.
