Referring to the legendary 1974 boxing match between Muhammad Ali and Geroge Foreman where Ali doped Foreman by pretending to be trapped at the rope and tiring Foreman who kept punching ineffectively, Prannoy Roy drew the analogy between that match and the current fight against COVID-19 virus. In the 1974 match as soon as fatigue sent in and Foreman lowered his guard, much like the lockdown fatigue that people are experiencing with COVID-19, Ali capitalised on the opportunity to deliver the knockout punch. So if people are not careful then the virus can deliver a similar knockout punch, said Prannoy Roy in his closing remarks during the #SalutingTheCovidHeroes Townhall.
