Prime Minister Narendra Modi's second day in Telangana started with yet another sharp attack on the ruling Congress and K Chandrasekhar Rao's Bharat Raksha Samithi, whom he accused of being locked in a nexus of scams. The state, he said, has turned into "an ATM for the Congress". The Congress -- which came to power in the state late last year -- and its predecessor Bharat Rashtra Samithi were giving fire cover to each other, protecting each other's misdeeds, he said.
