Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who has been trying to forge a non-BJP, non-Congress front and has been meeting other regional party leaders, is in Delhi on what appears to have been a sudden trip. KCR wants to showcase that his model of governance should be emulated elsewhere in the country and points to figures shared by the Central government that show Telangana has shown a record over 19 per cent growth in GSDP in the last one year.
