After the AP High Court gave its final approval to the merger of Satyam Computers with Tech Mahindra, the decks have been cleared for the formation of the country's fifth largest IT company. Tech Mahindra executive vice chairman Vineet Nayyar tells NDTV Profit the company will approach the RoC and once it gets few minor technical clearances out of the way, the merger will be complete in about 3 – 4 months. There is a possibility that minority lenders may take their petitions to the apex court but the company should be able to deal with it, he adds.
