Farmers protesting at two border points between Punjab and Haryana will resume their "Delhi Chalo" march today after they rejected the Centre's proposal for procuring pulses, maize and cotton at the MSP by government agencies for five years. Tear gas shells have been used at the Punjab-Haryana border where farmers demanding legal backing for MSP are stationed to resume their march on Delhi. There are traffic jams around the national capital's borders which have been fortified.
