Tanvee Gupta Jain, India economist at Macquarie Capital Securities, talks about balance the government needs to keep between public investment spending and not allowing the overall fiscal deficit numbers rising too much. She believes that a 6.5 per cent GDP growth in FY16 is possible along with a 3.6 per cent fiscal deficit.
