TVK chief Joseph Vijay intensified his criticism of the DMK during his address in the Tamil Nadu Assembly, alleging that both the DMK and AIADMK attempted to prevent his political emergence. Reaffirming his support for Tamil Nadu’s two-language policy, Vijay strongly opposed the imposition of any additional language in the state. He also renewed his criticism of the NEET examination, calling it unfair, and expressed concern over the Karur stampede tragedy that claimed 41 lives.
