Tamil Nadu Governor To NDTV: 'Decision Soon On Govt Formation'
Tamil Nadu governor Rajendra Arlekar has confirmed that Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has reached out, claiming support of 108 MLAs to form the government in Tamil Nadu. However, the Governor clarified that the communication does not formally name a legislative party leader or explicitly stake claim. He said he will review the details and may call the party for further discussions before deciding on inviting them to form the government and scheduling the oath-taking ceremony.
