Supreme Court Hearing Today on CBI Plea Against Kuldeep Sengar Bail
A three-judge Bench of the Supreme Court is hearing today the CBI’s plea against the Delhi High Court order that suspended the life sentence and granted bail to expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the 2017 Unnao rape case. The CBI has challenged the December 23 High Court order that allowed suspension of Sengar’s sentence during the pendency of his appeal.
