"One of the killed civilians (Altaf Bhat) lives almost right across the street from me, the father was village head, I've seen his kids. When I pass their(Altaf's) place, I bow down my head in shame", says Junaid Azim Mattu, Srinagar Mayor on the Hyderpora killings.
