Police say they have solved the murder of 22-year-old Gurgaon toll booth attendant Umesh Kumar Pandey, with the arrest of two men early on Monday morning. CCTV footage led to the arrest of the suspected killer, Vijayvir, and his friend, Manjit. The police claimed that the two men had confessed to killing Pandey and that the murder weapon had been found.
