Sirens And Explosions In Kuwait City As Iran And Us Escalate Strikes

Kuwait announced on Saturday that its air defense systems had intercepted and downed Iranian missiles launched at the tiny Gulf State. Sirens and air defense explosions were heard in Kuwait City at the early hours of Saturday morning. Also on Saturday, Kuwait’s Ministry of Water and Electricity said a water desalination and power generation plant was struck by Iran, sparking a blaze. It was the second time in two days that Iran targeted a water desalination infrastructure in the Gulf Arab country.
