Sir Ian McKellen on How He Got into Acting
British actor Sir Ian McKellen said: "Theatre felt like a home. I loved the fact that we call theatre a house. Having seen so many plays including Shakespeare, I wanted to know how is it done; how do they prepare a play; what do they do backstage." Sir Ian is visiting India as part of Shakespeare Lives on Film, a programme to celebrate the Bard's works.
