The Supreme Court of India has set aside the Delhi high court ruling that decriminalised gay sex, drawing criticism online and on the ground. India is back in the company of the countries who have archaic, draconian and discriminatory laws against same sex relationships. With leaders pandering to their vote banks, will India stay in the unflattering group? We discuss.
