Today our big focus is getting India back on track. With the Paris Summit and floods in Chennai, climate change is back in focus. It has been almost two weeks since Winter Session of Parliament began and the intolerance debate is shadowing the passage of crucial bills like Goods and Services Tax. Opposition continues to corner the government on growing instances of ‘intolerance’ despite the BJP-led Modi government reaching out to the Congress on their contentions with the GST Bill. Joining me to discuss the current political scenario in the country is Union Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu; Randeep Singh Surjewala, Head of Communications of Congress; National Spokesperson of TMC Derek O'Brien and Economist Lord Meghnad Desai.
