There has been a lot of hype surrounding Zakir Naik , the Islamic televangelist who if our government and some of its media cronies are to be believed is a dreaded promoter of terrorism, for which it is making all out efforts to bring back to India from Malaysia. NDTV is not a defender of Zakir Naik But at the same time, it is crucial that we take a hard look at why the evidence that the government has presented to Malaysia or to Interpol to take action against Naik, hasn't succeeded so far.
