As terror strikes Bangladesh once again with five people killed in an attack near one of the largest Eid congregations in the country in Kishoreganj, the focus is back on Zakir Naik, the Mumbai based Islamic preacher who reportedly influenced at least one of the killers in the Dhaka attacks. But this time, there is a very domestic spin on this story. Maharashtra government today asked the Mumbai police to investigate Zakir Naik's public papers, videos and social media posts. On The Buck Stops Here, we ask: is it time to ban Zakir Naik?
